To help you choose, if you have given birth the best option is an L, if you are over 30 and have no children you could choose a size M and if you are younger, in general, your size will be an S.

The Enna cup is the best, I always use it. As the only suggestion I would put two little boxes in the box for each cup, in case you lose them or for storage

I had never tried using a cup before but this Enna brand was recommended to me and I decided to try it. I have only tried it in one cycle but I am very happy. The material of the cup is medical silicone and is very soft so it does not hurt and does not bother to wear it. The first few days if I have had losses probably because I did not put it well, but the following days much better I have not had losses, I imagine it will be a matter of getting used to it and learn to put it well. I am very happy with the decision to try it because it is very comfortable, it does not dry out like tampons, it is clean because you clean it with soap and sterilize it and on the economic side you save a lot of money in buying tampons as well as taking care of the environment. I really liked this brand Enna because they bring two cups, a box to store and sterilize it and also I took it with applicator that makes it much easier when it comes to put it. The little box is very good to be able to take it with you....

It was for my sister, it seems that the experience, for now, is good. I have the same one in the next size up. They are very comfortable and useful, you can practically do without pads or similar, you just have to remember to sterilize the cup a day or days before, to have it ready. I love that they come in two, because if you can't wash it in the place where you are, you just have to put the other one on. You can also give it as a gift to someone else who is the same size as you, although I have found it useful to have both
