From the time of pre-conception to the time of delivery, women have very specific nutritional needs for both themselves and their babies.

Ginegea Gest is a food supplement specially designed to complement these needs of mother and baby from pre-conception to the end of lactation.

It supplements the daily requirements of folic acid, iodine and iron needed during pregnancy, and also provides amounts of DHA, vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for use

The intake of Ginegea Gest has been divided into 2 daily intakes favouring comfort:

-One day capsule with folic acid, iron and other vitamins and minerals.

-A pearl at night with iodine, DHA and other micronutrients.
