Description

Holomega Bifidobacterium Breve is a food supplement that improves the systemic response of the defensive system. It contains an anaerobic bacterium and lactic acid that lowers the intestinal pH avoiding the growth of pathogenic bacteria that alter the functioning of the immune system.

This probiotic prevents the proliferation of Candida albicans. It improves constipation and lactose intolerance.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
