Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 tablet a day 30 minutes before bedtime.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
