Description

Cold effect gel for tired areas or poor circulation, which reduces the symptoms of problems such as heavy legs or muscle fatigue. Stimulates circulation, tones the skin and reduces cellulite thanks to its formula with menthol, eucalyptus and osmotic gelatinized water.

Instructions for use

Apply the gel to the areas to be treated with a gentle massage before going to sleep.

Composition

ALCOHOL DENAT., WATER (AQUA), MENTHOL, EUCALYPTOL, CAMPHOR, HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL PEG-40, CARBOMER, TRIETHANOLAMINE, ETHOXYDIGLYCOL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, YELLOW 5 (CI 19140), BLUE 1 (CI 42090).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
