Description

Rhinomer Baby Single Dose is an effective solution in ampoule format containing 100% natural sea water rich in minerals and trace elements, which facilitates the cleaning of baby's nostrils and periocular area, such as eyelids and eyelashes, from the first day of life.

Thanks to its 5ml single-dose container, you can apply it correctly without exerting more pressure than necessary on newborns and small children. It does not contain preservatives or propellant gas, and its applicator is easy to use and suitable for the baby's age without damaging his nose or causing him to choke. The sea water will penetrate his nose loosening the mucus that will slowly come out of your baby's nose.

Instructions for use

  • Blow your nose.
  • Shake the bottle before use.
  • Before using for the first time, press the pump a few times until the first spray comes out. Be especially careful not to spray the product in the eyes or mouth.
  • Hold the bottle vertically by resting its base on your thumb and encircling the nasal applicator with 2 fingers
  • Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nasal applicator into one nostril
  • Spray the product by gently breathing in through your nose at the same time.
  • Leave the product to act for a few minutes. Do not blow your nose during this time, but clean up any remaining product if necessary.
  • Then blow your nose if necessary.

Seawater has moisturising and cleansing effects on the nasal and otic mucous membranes. It is rich in elements and trace elements in the form of different salts that contain: chlorine, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, fluorine, iron, manganese, iodine, etc. Nasal cleansing with seawater helps to maintain cilia function (microscopic hair-like structures in the nose) and helps to moisten the air. It carries away impurities and particles, such as allergens, bacteria, viruses and particles from environmental pollution.

It can be isotonic (i.e. with the same salt concentration as saline) or hypertonic (with a higher salt concentration). In both cases, it decongests, loosens mucus and helps to expel it (hypertonic water has a more intense effect in this sense). The use of a nasal cleansing spray with seawater is a very useful measure in the case of nasal obstruction due to colds, the flu or nasal dryness caused by external factors, as it improves nasal and respiratory well-being. In otic application, it also helps to clean the ear canal.

Totally recommended: it is much better than single-dose saline, for all the added seawater. Very comfortable to include the necessary amount in the nebulizer.
