Description

The most common cause of constipation today is dietary factors, especially lack of fiber in the diet. Other times, constipation is related to different diseases that the person suffers from and is a frequent symptom in patients with diabetes and thyroid diseases.

Soria Natural transimax is a supplement that stimulates intestinal peristalsis and decreases the permeability of the intestinal mucosa. Thanks to its mixture of pleasant tasting plants, it has a laxative effect due to its irritant action.

It also has stomachic, carminative, antispasmodic, choleretic and cholagogue properties. Indicated in cases of acute and chronic constipation.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations. Consulting a healthcare professional is recommended.

If it is a recurrent problem, consult a healthcare professional for a correct diagnosis and follow-up treatment appropriate to your needs.
