How to use Sterimar Baby
Carry out a small spray to prime the system.
Hygiene and hydration of the nasal mucous membrane: place the mouthpiece gently in the nostril. Spray briefly once or twice in each nostril. Allow any excess solution to flow out before blowing your nose.
Deeper cleaning of the nostrils: place the baby's head from 0 to 2 years old lying on his back or sitting up from 2 years old. Tilt the head to one side, gently insert the mouthpiece into the upper nostril. Press the mouthpiece for 2 seconds. Allow any excess solution to exit through the other nostril and then blow your nose. Repeat the operation on the other nostril if necessary. After each use, clean the mouthpiece with soap and water and dry it.
Apply 2 to 6 times a day.
