Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Apply 30 minutes before prolonged exposure to the sun and reapply as often as necessary.

Pharmaceutical Advice

For photoprotection with maximum effectiveness, remember to apply enough, sunscreen spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. Don't forget sensitive areas such as the edges of the ears, nose and chest. In addition to topical photoprotection, use complementary accessories such as brim hats and adjustable sunglasses. Boost skin care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) combined with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00).
