Eliminates all types of dandruff, calms itching and prevents it from reappearing

250ml

Description

Dandruff is a very common problem that sometimes, due to laziness or lack of interest, we don't take very seriously. But by using a regular anti-dandruff shampoo, you will be able to avoid these annoying flakes that dye your hair white. You'll look much better without dandruff!

Xensium dandruff control shampoo is a mild shampoo that will allow you to eliminate all types of dandruff, as well as the itching caused by it.

Xensium's dandruff control shampoo works at three different levels thanks to a formula rich in tea tree oil and menthol:

  1. Helps to eliminate dandruff, both dry and greasy.
  2. Soothes itching.
  3. Prevents its reappearance, as it has antiseptic and fungicidal properties.

With a pleasant cooling effect!

Pharmaceutical Advice

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that usually affects the scalp. It can also affect other oily areas of the body such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

Persistent scaling with itching or discomfort usually occurs. Its formation is related to excessive activity of the sebaceous glands and alteration of the skin microbiome (overgrowth of fungi of the genus Malassezia). It can be aggravated by the effect of some medications.

Certain factors can trigger the appearance of seborrhoeic dermatitis, so it is advisable to keep them at bay or take preventive measures: stress, extreme temperatures, oily skin or skin with underlying acne, excessive alcohol consumption or obesity.

To improve seborrhoeic dermatitis, it is recommended to use non-irritating face soaps and/or shampoos with specific ingredients to counteract the problem (sebum-regulating, soothing, keratolytic, antipruritic, plant extracts with antiseptic and antifungal properties, etc.). In the case of shampoos, I recommend alternating their use with another very gentle and balancing cleanser. In a facial routine, as well as a specific facial cleanser, complete the treatment with an emulsion that includes some of the ingredients described above, and oil-free sunscreen. I recommend avoiding soaps that are too astringent, as well as cosmetics with too much of an oily phase, so as not to increase the sebum in the skin.
