Description

Aquilea Sueño Compact 30comp is a food supplement that helps sleep and combat insomnia.

They are bilayer tablets and its ingredients are released in a progressive manner, which allows its assets are released gradually: A first layer of melatonin, which is released quickly, and a second layer with medicinal plants: valerian, passionflower and California poppy, which contribute to a lasting and restful sleep throughout the night.

Suitable for celiac, allergic/intolerant to egg and/or milk.

Each package contains 30 tablets.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily half an hour before going to sleep.

Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Set a very strict schedule for going to sleep and for waking up. Try not to get up too late at weekends if you are up late, it is better to sleep one day than to break the sleep cycle to which your body is gradually adapting.
