Gynositol Plus 2x30 Sachets is a product specially designed for women facing challenges related to polycystic ovary syndrome. Its formulation includes:
- myo-inositol
- vitamin B9 in its active form (5-MTHF)
- postbiotic Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (CECT 8145)
This supplement may be recommended by a doctor to address various issues associated with polycystic ovary syndrome, including:
- Insulin resistance: which affects a large part of women with this condition and can lead to a prediabetic state.
- Increased cardiometabolic risks.
- Overweight or abdominal fat accumulation: common in women with this syndrome.
Gynositol Plus is also used to help regulate ovulation, which can be beneficial in situations of irregular menstrual cycles and fertility disorders. The duration of use of the product should be indicated by a health professional, who can also recommend its use during pregnancy.
Each two sachets of Gynositol Plus provide:
- 4 g of myo-inositol
- 400 μg of vitamin B9
- 6.8 mg of Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (equivalent to 2 billion bifidobacteria)
It is suggested to take two sachets a day, one in the morning and another at night, for renewable periods of three months. This product can be dissolved in a glass of water or taken directly in the mouth. Each box contains 30 sachets, allowing for 15 days of use.
