Ethics Channel and Internal Information System
Purpose and scope of the channel
PromoFarma provides employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers and third parties with an Ethics Channel and Internal Information System to report, in good faith, potential irregularities, regulatory breaches or conduct that violates the code of ethics.
This channel is made available in accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
Whistleblower principles and guarantees
- Confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and of the persons mentioned in the report.
- Possibility to submit reports anonymously.
- Protection against retaliation or adverse treatment arising from a report.
- Diligent and impartial handling, respecting the presumption of innocence and rights of defense.
Information management process
Reports received will be reviewed by the team responsible for the internal information system, which will assess admissibility, carry out the appropriate investigation steps and adopt corrective and follow-up measures when applicable.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
External reporting channels
Where appropriate, whistleblowers may also use the external channels made available by the competent authorities.
