We are obliged to give 1 star but it deserves a big ZERO POINT for deception on the goods! I specify that I am an Ergotherapist by profession, I had ordered a BENNY XL board knowing well the product (solidity, resistance in time...). But I received a MARINA board (INVACARE) which has absolutely no quality of the BENNY XL !!!!. I was faced with a fait accompli, I had ordered the BENNY XL board so that I could help a very sick person to get in and out of the bathtub safely to wash without hurting my back. I could not afford to send back the wrong product (the MARINA board from INVACARE), I would have had to wait more than a week for the sick person to finally take a shower !!!!!!. I was forced to keep the wrong product because I was faced with a fait accompli! I absolutely do not recommend this site that I...
