Ammo London Fit Pelvic Floor Exerciser 1 Unit is an ABS device to exercise the pelvic floor and is recommended to prevent prolapse problems. The Fit is soft and designed for pelvic floor therapies. 100% waterproof, extremely quiet (less than 30dB), and super discreet. Its subtle vibration helps to create awareness in the pelvic area, and achieve more targeted exercises. It incorporates training routines designed from Kegel exercises, distributed in 10 different vibration modes. Ideal as a trainer for preventive pelvic strengthening, vaginal dryness, perineal massage in prepartum, postpartum recovery, complement (after consultation with a specialist) in treatment of some types of prolapse, vaginal atrophy and dyspareunia.
