Description

It is an excellent source of minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, manganese, zinc, potassium and copper. These minerals are essential for heart, bone and blood health and are necessary for the body to transform food into energy. Also found in its seeds, a high concentration of B vitamins, especially riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin and thiamine, with which this plant contributes to maintaining healthy levels of neurochemicals in the brain. The spice also contains good amounts of antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin C and vitamin A. It has stomachic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, digestive, expectorant, stimulant and tonic properties.

Instructions for use

It comes in a glass jar with dosed to add to taste in cooking recipes. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of children's reach.
