Rosemary from organic farming

Description

Shrub native to the Mediterranean, although it can be found widely in other parts of the world. It is a perennial shrub, belonging to the labiatae family, which grows up to 3 meters high. Its leaves are linear, dark green on the upper part and whitish on the lower part. The flowers are pale blue. Rosemary is a plant very rich in active principles and has numerous medicinal properties. It has been shown to have antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. It contains potassium, magnesium, zinc and copper. Rosemary is recommended to be taken as an infusion to relieve headaches and migraines. In addition, it helps to optimize brain function as it contains acetylcholine which is a neurotransmitter that speeds up brain function. The infusion also relieves problems of indigestion (dyspepsia) and provides vitamins, mainly vitamin A and various types of vitamin B, C.

Instructions for use

Place the tea bag or infusion in the bottom of the cup or teapot and then pour the hot water over it. Let the water hit the teabag, this will help to release the flavour and aroma quickly. Let it steep for one to two minutes.
