Sterile absorbent wound dressing

Description

It is designed to aid wound healing in a moist environment. This dressing gently adheres to the skin and is painless on exuding wounds. Occlusive, opaque white and square in shape, it holds relatively well thanks to its silicone adhesive edges. Composed of 3 layers: an adherent flexible silicone layer in contact with the wound, perforated (honeycombed) to allow exudate to pass through to the foam layer. A hydrophilic polyurethane foam that has a high absorption capacity and improves patient comfort. And an outer polyurethane film, impermeable to water but permeable to vapor, with silicone adhesive edges.

Instructions for use

Choose a suitable size to cover the wound surface, leaving a margin of 2 to 3 cm beyond the wound edges.

Composition

Composed of 3 layers: an adherent flexible silicone layer in contact with the wound. A hydrophilic polyurethane foam and an outer polyurethane film with silicone adhesive edges. Latex free. PVC free. Lanolin free. Methanol free. No animal or organic products.
