Description

Deodorant with roll-on format effective against sweat and odor. It belongs to Babaria, a brand specialized in personal care and beauty products that are not tested on animals. In fact, they test their products with volunteers who are supervised by a medical specialist. It is a 100% vegan, paraben-free and alcohol-free deodorant. It is worth mentioning that it has a moisturizing emulsion to keep the underarms protected with that combination of coconut and vanilla. Unlike others, this deodorant removes sweat and odor for 48 hours. This allows you to go about your day without any extra worries. It is suitable for all skin types and also unisex (valid for both men and women). It is antiperspirant, moisturizes and provides a pleasant smell.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Sweating is a natural mechanism to regulate body temperature, a process that intensifies during physical activity or when feeling nervous. Sweat is made of water, mineral salts and waste substances which, when in contact with the skin microbiota bacteria, are degraded, resulting in an unpleasant odour.

Deodorants or antiperspirants are cosmetics with one of the following functions: blocking some of the sweat glands (aluminium salts), deodorising sweat (flavouring agents), with antiseptic activity (alum mineral) or capable of rebalancing odour-causing microorganisms (pre- and probiotic ingredients). If the skin is irritated, avoid products containing alcohol and opt for soothing and moisturising ingredients instead.

You can find deodorants in several formats. Spray deodorants dry quickly, although they are not recommended if your skin is sensitive or reactive. Stick or roll-on deodorants are easy to apply and provide a feeling of comfort. Cream and soaked wipes allow for application to specific areas of the body with hypersweating issues.
