Instructions for use

Microcrystalline cellulose: 222 mg. Zinc picolinate 20.3%: 70 mg. Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide): 16 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 82% 4.87 mg. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 4 mg. Vegetable cellulose: 90 mg.

Pharmaceutical Advice

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
