The mixing of grains and seeds to the touch of Agave is a new range of products of biManán Protein Diet, especially for elaborate prepared powdered shakes hiperproteicos. Its formula enriched with agar-agar and 100% vegetable protein calms the sensation of hunger and helps improve digestion, thanks to its low content of saturated fats and high content of fiber. Grains and seeds to the touch of Agave Smoothie It is low in sugars and is designed to carry out the Plan biManán Protein Diet, which consists in combining 3 shakes biMAnán and 2 bowls of fresh food per day, in the following manner:

  • 1 Smoothie for breakfast, another at mid-morning and the third during the snack.
  • 2 bowls of fresh food for the lunch and the dinner, consisting of: 1 serving of vegetables (Swiss chard, cauliflower, lettuce), 1 ration of cereals and pulses (rice, quinoa, lentils), 1 serving of protein (tofu, seitan, prawns, chicken) and 1 serving of fresh fruits (melon, kiwi).
