Durum wheat wholemeal semolina spaghetti

Description

Whole Wheat Spaghetti Bio from Biocop is a whole wheat spaghetti made from durum wheat semolina produced with a blend of selected grains grown by the IRIS Agricultural Cooperative in Italy. The wheat pasta is rich in protein and high in fiber. Drying with low temperatures and long times, so as not to damage the valuable content of the cereal. Store in a cool and dry place. Once the product has been opened, keep the package tightly closed for better preservation.

Instructions for use

Bring plenty of water to the boil (1 lt/100gr of pasta). When it comes to the boil add sea salt (1,5 gr/lt) and then the pasta. Stir just once and leave to cook (boiling) for 8-9 minutes. Once cooked add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat. Wait a few seconds and then drain in a colander. Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
