Description

Yeast for bread making, based on saccharomyces cerevisiae from certified organic crops, which thanks to its very low gluten content, is ideal for preparing homemade bread for consumption by people with celiac disease.

It does not contain gluten (less than 20ppm) or lactose.

Instructions for use

Dissolve in warm water, soak for a few minutes and add to the flour.
