Pharmaceutical Advice

Healing creams and solutions support the wound-healing process caused by burns, chafing and minor surgeries, helping reduce discomfort, accelerate healing, and make the scar less visible.

These products usually contain disinfectant and regenerating ingredients, which can also come from plant extracts such as hypericum or tea tree. Remember that protecting the affected area from sunlight is very important to avoid hyperpigmentation or secondary discolouration.

Before using a healing and disinfectant cream, gently wash the area with water and neutral soap, and dry it well before applying the product. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist, who can tell you if it is suitable for your type of wound and how to use it correctly.
