Dietary supplement based on tryptophan

Description

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is not very abundant in food nor is it normally found in dietary protein preparations. That is why tryptophan supplements can be of great therapeutic help.

The most important action of tryptophan is as a precursor of serotonin and melatonin, as well as a prolactin releaser. In this way it contributes to the regulation of sleep, sexual activity, appetite, neuroendocrine functions, body temperature, pain, motor activity and cognitive functions.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules per day.

To regulate melatonin levels, it is also essential to introduce a proper sleep routine and habits. For example, avoiding having a late dinner, establishing regular schedules, avoiding caffeine at least 6 hours before going to bed and avoiding using electronic devices at night.
