Keratoreducing treatment shampoo. Its formula, with 5% urea and 2% salicylic acid, has been developed to cleanse the hair while soothing the scalp with a tendency to flake, relieving itching and reducing flaking. Apply to wet hair and scalp, massage, leave on for 2 minutes and rinse.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

I have been using the shampoo for two weeks and I am happy, I have noticed improvement but I have to keep using it for a few more weeks to really see the result.
