The base 3CR Cool Rosy of Dior Diorskin Forever Skin is a foundation that prepares the skin for colour. It has medium to high coverage, and is responsible for unifying and moisturising the complexion. The formula provides 24-hour wear with a neutral finish, leaving no shine on the face. 3CR Cool Rosy is a fair skin tone that provides 86% treatment base. It improves the appearance of the top layer, and both radiance and smoothness of the face benefit. The foundation formula is mineral-based, so it is beneficial to pores. It smoothes and mattifies the skin while taking care of the natural hydration without changing its appearance in warm environments. With this foundation, the complexion is optimized to receive the rest of the makeup.
