Description

Food supplement that minerals and vitamins important during pregnancy and lactation. Contributes to a supply of vitamins and minerals to supplement food in the months of pregnancy, in order to prevent disorders in the fetus or problems in childbirth. Helps in the normal formation of the nervous system of the foetus as in adequate quantity prevents the appearance of congenital anomalies of the neural tube or other malformations of the nervous system. It helps to avoid anemia, since the need for iron increases a lot during pregnancy.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day during pregnancy and lactation, or as directed by a specialist.

Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
