It provides 11 vitamins, 13 minerals, fiber and proteins to ensure proper nutrition for the elderly, convalescents, with difficulty of intake.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. - To prepare it with milk, add the contents of one sachet or 2 level scoops of powder (30 g) to 200 ml of milk in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved.

- To prepare with water, add the contents of two sachets or 4 level scoops of powder (60g) to 200 ml of water in a large glass. Stir until completely dissolved. Preparation suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
