Dry baker's yeast

Description

It is a dry yeast for bakery products. Gastronomic use for leavening doughs and buns. Dry yeast, freeze-dried, granulated or baker's yeast, is the same as fresh yeast but with a dehydration process by which it becomes dry and allows a better preservation, suitable for daily use in the kitchen. Use in sweet and savoury recipes. Suitable for very high dough temperatures.

Instructions for use

Always mix with the flour and dry ingredients.

Composition

Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier: E491. Prepared in protective atmosphere.
