Description

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. The intake of this supplement is 2 capsules per day continuously, or from 4 days before menstruation (when symptoms begin) and continue until the first 3 days of menstruation (maximum 7 days).

Composition

Ginger Extract, Nettle Extract, Vitex Agnus-Castus Extract, Sodium Carbonate, Piper Nigrum Extract (Piperine 95%). Capsule: Gelatin, Iron Oxide (Natural Colorant).
