Description

First aid kit containing everything necessary to help heal and bandage small superficial wounds, especially in outdoor activities such as hiking, sports, vacations. The pack contains 1 scissors, 1 chipped tweezers, 5 compresses, 10 dressings, 6 blister dressings, 1 strip 3mx7cm, 1 roll of adhesive tape, 5 surgical sutures, 1 absorbent dressing 20cmx20cm, 3 soothing compresses for insect bites, 6 doses of saline solution, 1 survival blanket, 1 bottle of peppermint alcohol 30ml and 1 tube of arnica 30ml.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
