Description

It is a product specifically formulated for the intimate area, indicated to improve irritations, inflammations that may affect the female external area. The female intimate area has a microbiological barrier that acts as a natural defense against viruses, external bacteria and fungi. A healthy vaginal mucosa is formed by a polybacterial flora dominated by Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus Döderlein and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, living in balance with other beneficial organisms, and maintains an acid pH around 4.5 The alteration of any of these components can cause annoying itching, irritation and / or itching, which can be very common among women due to hormonal changes or many other external factors.

Calendula (Calendula officinalis) is a plant in the Asteraceae family that is used in skin care for its beneficial properties. Also known as pot marigold, it is high in anti-inflammatory substances and antioxidants (flavonoids). It also has antiseptic properties and contributes effectively to heal small wounds and superficial lesions.

This ingredient is mostly used externally in lotions, creams, balms and liquid extracts. Its soothing and moisturising properties make calendula perfect for oily, combination and sensitive skin.
