Herbora Bodylínea Silusleep 15càps is a supplement created based on GABA (Gamma aminobutyric acid), probiotics (Lactobacillus gasseri), vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and chromium. It helps to maintain a good functioning of the nervous system and to reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule a day, before sleeping.

PER CAPSULE: GABA (GAMMA AMINOBUTYRIC ACID) 300 MG, PROBIOTICS (LACTOBACILLUS GASSERI) 60 MG (6 BILLION CFU-ACTIVE COLONY-FORMING UNITS) (MILK), VITAMIN B1 OR THIAMINE: 1.65 MG (150% VRN), VITAMIN B6 OR PYRIDOXINE: 2.10 MG (150% VRN) AND CHROMIUM (CHROMIUM PICOLINATE): 60 MCG (150% VRN). Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Like other B vitamins, it contributes to normal energy metabolism. Its presence in the diet is necessary for normal brain development during pregnancy and childhood. It is therefore involved in proper nervous system function. It is also involved in protein and glycogen formation in the body, as well as red blood cells, which are essential to transport oxygen to cells and tissues. It reduces tiredness and fatigue.
