Description

Hydroelectrolyte replacement drink, containing a sodium concentration from 460 mg to 1,150 mg/litre 1.3. It provides a studied content of chlorine, magnesium, zinc and a sodium concentration of 1,150 mg/litre. It also contains a carbohydrate matrix in a 2:1 glucose:fructose RATIO, which allows a greater oxidation of carbohydrates per unit of time by using two different transporters for their assimilation, favouring the obtaining of energy 2. Once reconstituted in water, it makes up an isotonic solution that is easily and rapidly assimilated, even during physical exertion.

During the practice of long duration and high intensity intervallic exercises, a certain loss of mineral salts (electrolytes) is produced, which can be increased when the temperature reaches or exceeds 25º.
