They exert a decreasing pressure, as the pressure in the ankle is higher and gradually decreases towards the upper leg. This helps to improve venous return, which promotes oxygenation of the blood and tissues.
Size 2. Ankle circumference: 21.5 to 23.5cm. Thigh circumference: 48 to 54cm.
Class 2: medium compression of 15 to 20mmHg, 20 to 27Hpa.
- Pass the foot and then the heel, and check that the heel is correctly positioned.
- Turn around without pulling on the sock and unroll it over the ankle, gradually moving upwards from right to left, without pulling it straight upwards.
