Description

Tekka is made with roots and other yang ingredients such as carrot, burdock, lotus root, miso, etc., reinforced with a long cooking. In some cases, the intense and direct flavour makes it a very special condiment, ideal for combining with cereals or vegetables. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume as soon as possible.

Instructions for use

Spread in small quantities on cereal and vegetable dishes.

Composition

Hatcho miso (soybeans, water, salt), carrots, burdock, lotus root, sesame oil, ginger root.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Ginger is a plant widely used in traditional medicine because of its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
