Its active ingredients, from sweet almond and jojoba oils, shea butter and rhodiola extract, help to reduce puffiness, dark circles and fine lines. Contains pigments that help correct unsightly shadows under the eyes.Made with 98% ingredients of natural origin, and 10% from certified organic farming.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Sweet almond oil is a versatile vegetable oil with skin and hair care benefits. As its name suggests, it is obtained from pressing ripe, dried sweet almond seeds.

It is rich in omega-9 fatty acids (such as oleic acid) and omega-6 fatty acids (including linoleic acid). It also provides vitamin E. All these antioxidant and lipidic components provide the skin with a high level of nutrition, as well as a soothing, emollient and anti-inflammatory effect. Sensitive, dry, devitalised and prematurely ageing skin are good candidates to benefit from the cosmetic use of this oil.

It can be used pure or as part of a cosmetic product formulated with other ingredients. It has several functions: on the one hand, it is an excellent make-up remover for sensitive skin. It also helps to maintain hydration and soothe irritated skin, which is why we find it in many baby nappy creams. On the other hand, skin with roughness, excema or stretch marks will notice the softening effect of almond oil with regular use.
