Description

Hijiki seaweed from Japan, with great remineralising power. It is a seaweed used in oriental cuisine, it is very rich in nutrients and contains iron. It can be eaten raw or cooked, it needs to be soaked for about 3 minutes in cold water. After soaking it can be added to salads, rice, meats and rolls. It has a great flavour and is brownish green in colour.
