Take 1 capsule in the morning with a large glass of water.
Composition
For one capsule: Turmeric * (110 mg dry extract of rhizomes of curcuma longa L. equivalent to 105 mg of curcuminoids); thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; ginger * (60 mg dry extract of rhizomes of Zingiber officinale Roscoe). * Ingredient from organic farming.
