Fenugreek is a medicinal plant whose benefits have been known since ancient times. It is a powerful antiseptic, a great anti-inflammatory and also useful for all kinds of digestive problems. It has restorative, aperient, tonic, laxative, hypoglycemic, emollient and depurative properties.
Add a level tablespoon of the plant per cup of water at about 100 degrees. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes, let stand for about 5 minutes and filter to avoid impurities.
