Bath salts with Epsom salt with beneficial effects by producing relaxation

Description

Epsom salt bath salts have been used for hundreds of years to relieve all kinds of aches and pains. The very warm water breaks down the salt into magnesium and sulfate, which have been shown to have beneficial effects by producing relaxation in striated muscle and decreasing inflammation. The fresh, regenerative scents of peppermint, basil and rosemary essential oils stimulate the senses as a source of pleasure. The freshness of peppermint and rosemary, together with basil (a natural antioxidant) helps the skin to repair itself.

Instructions for use

Footbath:

- Immerse the feet in warm water, between 33 ° C and 37 ° C are the best conditions to relieve pain.

- Add one to two handfuls of salt to the water.

- Soak the feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
