Griffonia and jujube promote relaxation and sleep. To fall asleep, it is advisable to take the recommended amount of melatonin just before going to bed, while, to alleviate the effects of jet lag, it is recommended to take a little before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
