Collagen-based capsules with beneficial effects on joint health. Its formula contains hydrolyzed marine collagen, magnesium carbonate, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and glucosamine and chondroitin sulfates, which nourish the cartilage and have a chondroprotective effect. It does not contain colourants, preservatives, added sugars or sweeteners. It is recommended for the prevention and treatment of joint pain, inflammation and stiffness.
Take 1 capsule per day.
I don't really know if it does anything for me or not, because there are no visible effects and I don't know how I would feel if I didn't take it, maybe I would be the same or worse, I don't know. I guess mine is a matter of faith and hope that it has some beneficial effect on my bones and joints.
