Description

Supplement in tablets of branched-chain amino acids with vitamins (B1, B6, B12 and L-acetylcarnitine hydrochloride). In case of food deficiency and when physical activity is intense and prolonged in time, it can help to provide the basic components useful for muscle building and prevent muscle proteolysis for energy purposes. Recommended in strength and power sports, during the preparation and maintenance phase, and in endurance sports, when physical activity is very intense and prolonged, to be used before, during and after the activities.

Instructions for use

In strength and power sports, during the preparation and maintenance phase, it can be recommended to supplement up to 1-1.5 g/10 kg body weight/day, before and/or after training or distributed throughout the day according to needs. In endurance sports, when the physical activity is very intense and prolonged, it is possible, in healthy subjects, to reach a supplementation of up to 2 g/10 kg body weight/day, to be used before, during and after the activities.

L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; EsterDrive (L-acetylcarnitine), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
