Description

Oatmeal bars with white chocolate, which help to maintain a diet designed for the athlete. It is the ideal food before a high intensity aerobic exercise, where a large energy intake is needed, thanks to the carbohydrates of oats slowly reach the blood. It provides vitamins and minerals, proteins, trace elements, iron and phosphorus.

Instructions for use

Consume 1 or 2 bars a day between meals or as breakfast or snack.

Composition

Oats (52%), vegetable margarine (contains: vegetable fats, rapeseed oil, water, salt), white chocolate flavor coating (10%) (contains: whey powder, reduced fat, cocoa powder, wheat flour, emulsifier (lecithin), sugar, invert sugar syrup, cane molasses.
