- Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them.
- Place the lens in the palm of your hand, covering it with cleaning solution. Rub it with your fingers to better clean the lens.
- Rinse the lens with liquid.
- Place the lens in a clean case and fill it with disinfecting solution.
- Repeat the process with the other lens.
