Class 2 medical compression sleeves indicated in case of arm lymphoedema, in first intention during the maintenance phase, in second intention during the decongestive phase. Comfortable compression thanks to a soft texture and a flexible self-tightening band. Compression index: between 20.1 and 27 hPa, class II.
Contraindicated in case of oblitreating arteriopathy of the lower limbs (AOMI) with systolic pressure index (SPI) < 0.6. Advanced diabetic microangiopathy (due to compression > 30mmHg). Painful blue phlebitis with arterial compression (Phlegmatia coerulea dolens). Septic thrombosis. Intolerance to the fibres used. Please note that regular re-evaluation of the risk/benefit ratio with the physician is required in case of: Lower limb oblitreating arteriopathy (LOMA) with systolic pressure index (SPI) between 0.6 and 0.9. Advanced peripheral neuropathy. Oozing or eczematous dermatosis.
