Guarana powder is a red-skinned fruit with white pulp from Brazil. The seeds contain a high concentration of caffeine, twice that of conventional coffee beans and, therefore, is a natural stimulant. It has the ability to break down fat molecules in the body, mobilizing them to be used as a source of energy, which increases energy expenditure in the body and, in turn, decreases appetite.

Add to liquid beverages, water, juice, smoothies, milk or vegetable drink.

Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a plant known for its caffeine and other similar chemical substance content.

Caffeine helps stimulate the central nervous system, which is why guarana is an ingredient used in several dietary supplements indicated to increase athletic and mental performance or energy levels in general, due to its invigorating nature.

It is also present in supplements to support weight loss, as it has a thermogenic effect. In other words, it helps to increase energy expenditure and lipolysis (fat-burning metabolism). There are several precautions and contraindications to take into account when taking any supplement. This supplement is not recommended in the evening, as it can interfere with sleep.
