Description

Food supplement based on fluid extracts of fresh plants standardized in capsules. Its main ingredient is lemon balm, indicated to counteract spasmodic disorders, spasmodic colitis or traffic disorders alternated with constipation, diarrhoea, flatulence, and meteorism.

Instructions for use

Take 1 to 3 capsules daily.

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
